The Infoyogi’s management brings together a team of technology, business, and social visionaries who provide direction to the operations of the company in a dynamic economic and business environment. The board consists of senior officers of Infoyogi including its founders, along with external members.

Rao Tallapragada
Co-founder and President

Rao is President and a co-founder of the company. He is a well-accomplished entrepreneur, leader and a result oriented technology executive with a proven track record. He has gained enormous inter-continental experience in managing public companies, managing corporate acquisitions, joint ventures/collaborations, floating new ventures, etc. He takes active role in leadership development and mentoring the company's future leaders.

Rao has nearly 20 years of experience in building global companies that became leaders in their industries. He had managed companies like Netguru, R-Cube, Pentafour, Satyam, and Tata Group at very senior levels, before founding Infoyogi. He also had served as a board director on several successful companies like ExploreTrip, Nu Therapeutics, Pentafour, etc.

Rao earned a ‘Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM)’ certification from Stanford University, CA. In addition he has an MBA from Bombay University and BS in engineering from Karnataka University, India.

Deepali Bargat
Manager Recruitment

Deepali has a Bachelor of Engineering in IT (B.E IT), from Mumbai University, India. has over 6 years of experience in the field of IT sourcing/recruitment, sales and in software development.

She worked for various companies in IT Services, engineering Services and has domain expertise in Information Technology, ERP, and Business Process Outsourcing. Her well-rounded experience adds to her strengths in general management. She is a team player with a clear focus on people management.

Before joining Infoyogi, she worked for KPMG, Pune, India, as Client Coordination Manager and for Kotak Life Insurance, Mumbai, India.

Sudhakar Saladi
Manager HR and Administration

Sudhakar has 15 Year of experience in Business Development, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources. He has an MS (Computer Science), from NYIT, New York; BS in Accounting from Andhra University, India; and a Diploma in Business Administration from YMCA, New Delhi.

Prior to joining Infoyogi he worked for companies like Software Inc., Tata Consultancy Services, (SAP FICO Support); and Raymond Karsan Associates (Now part of IBM), in various technical and administrative capacities. With such broad based techno-commercial experiences Sudhakar provide able support for administration and recruitment

Sanjay Sharma
Manager Technology Management

Sanjay has completed the Project Management Certification Program, at U.C.Berkeley.
He has an M.B.A (Marketing & HR) from Amrita School Of Business, India and a BS in Electronics & Communication Engineering, from J.N.T.U, Hyd, India.

Prior to joining Infoyogi he had worked with IDBI Bank as Assistant Manager Business Development and with PHILIPS, India as Market Research & Sales Executive. With his marketing experience coupled with technical background Sanjay contributes in both recruitment and delivery management.
